Getting MMS working on your iphone3g on o2 with iphone 3.0 firmware

    June 18, 2009 1:05 PM

Great tip this from @ilicco on twitter. iphone 3.0 OS: in UK you need to send "MMS" in an SMS to 1010 and "enable MMS" in settings for it to work. i tried this with my 12 month old o2 iphone and it worked a treat, so finally after all this time i have the ability to send MMS messages. i'll probably not use it that much thou - but i have had the occasion when sam sends me silly pictures of ella i guess. why would people use mms these days when you could have yfrog or twitpic and have a duel action of tweeting and sending in one? - the march of the "i touch base everywhere" applications will rise this year.
